“Meditation is not concentration. It is simple awareness. You simply relax and watch the breathing. In that watching, nothing is excluded.”
My interest in Buddhist Philosophy and Mindful Meditation practices began while I was living in Japan. I furthered my study and practiced when I moved to London in 2007 and attended a Tibetan Buddhist Meditation group (Lelung Dharma Centre) led by Lelung Tulku Rinpoche until the end of 2009.
My practice and study now is based around the Daoist and Tantric traditions of meditation which compliment each other perfectly with the rich tapestry of practices which overlap between the two traditions. I continue to practice and study predominantly with Hareesh Wallis (author of Recognition Sutras and Tantra Illuminated).
“The yoga teaching was absolutely first class, and Charlie has such warmth and so much ‘mystical’ energy which is inspiring and definitely opened a few doors for me and took my yoga to a new level.
The yin, breathwork and meditation was especially interesting as we rarely get time in classes to get into those.”
