Become more size inclusive in your teaching and community, by bringing awareness and consideration around the use of language and the practicalities of being in a larger body and what that means in terms of a yoga practice/therapeutic intervention.
We will look at internal biases and unconscious behaviours around fat-phobia and anti-fat-bias’ that are woven in to social norms and therefore are a part of our subconscious fabric. It’s important to be aware that not everyone’s body operates at the same regulatory capacity, we will consider how overweight bodies move and look at some helpful ways to create a variety of options for different body compositions.
The workshop is taught by Charlie Merton, who has been teaching yoga since 2011 and practicing yoga since 2004, with the lived experience of being both a teacher and a student in a larger body.

Starts 10th – 12th May 2024
An immersive 8-month programme to delve into the world of sound healing.

Creating a sound bath that has healing properties requires skill, awareness cultivation and deep connection with one’s own sonic field. This course will provide you with the tools to create safe spaces and healing sonic tapestries.

You can purchase an opportunity to look at working with the energies and goddess’ connected to the wheel of the year in the form of my 2 hour video workshop.
In this workshop we go through the 9 spokes of the wheel, the quarter days, cross quarter days and the hub of the wheel. This is interwoven with rituals & practical magic tools including grounding & protection, tuning into crystals and programming them to work in specific ways, creating an altar.
